<p style="padding-left: 30px;">b) Mashed potatoes.<br />
Fish with grated carrots, or squash</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">c) Lentils and carrots with pimento.<br />
Chicken cooked with pimento and tomato. A low-fat yogurt</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">d) Vegetable soup. Grilled fish</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">e) eggplant to taste. Fish fillet to your liking</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">f) comprehensive Spaghetti with tomato sauce, do not add Parmesan cheese.<br />
Turkey breast fillet, grilled, with tomato and radicheta, or spinach.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">g) salad with peppers, tomato and onion<br />
Baked fish or grilled</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">h) Vegetable soup<br />
Breaded lean meat, baked, or fried with very little<strong> olive oil</strong><br />
A low-fat yogurt</p>
<p>For dinner</p>
