Lunch: boiled fish and tomatoes.
Dinner: steak and green salad.

- Sixth Day “Saturday”
Breakfast: coffee, sugar and a sandwich
Lunch: Grilled chicken
Dinner: two boiled eggs and carrots cooked or raw.

- Seventh Day “Sunday”
Breakfast: tea with lemon.
Lunch: grilled steak and fruit choice.
Dinner: choice what you want

Starting from the eighth day they resumed  the diet for another week before returning to eat normally.
