Tips to Reduce Cellulite

Shops and pharmacies are full of lotions, creams and pills that claim to combat cellulite, but it is easier and cheaper with the following tricks:

* Start your day with a dry body brushing, before opening the shower into the bath or dry brushing the whole body, always in the direction of the heart, which greatly enhance circulation and help remove toxins.

* Use papaya soap and massage the problem areas every morning

* Apply cold water on his thighs before leaving the shower to bring blood flow to the area. Then massage the problem areas well in applying the body lotion (lotion cheap is just as effective).
