We have a tool rather than a lot of Weight Loss kinds, and many people use. But perhaps many people who do not know whether her weight is ideal or not /. Instead women friends often ask the opinion of Ideal Body Weight

Often because of performance reasons or health reasons we prefer tends body thin and slender, people will see with posture like that people feel themselves more sexy. Which is more in select body lean or body full of fat?

Surely no right to choose the second option above, for the most fits was the body with ideal weight. Continues how can we know whether our ideal weight?

Actually, how do I calculate the Ideal Weight?

There are several ways to calculate the weight someone, whether ideal or not including some of them by using the following measurements;
1. Using the BMI formula

In the health world with a method of calculation known Body Mass Index (BMI) or Body Mass Index (BMI). This BMI units which later became the ideal measure of whether or not someone Weight Loss.

Body Mass Index (BM I) is the scale used to determine the weight category of person, it is important for us to know each BMI. BMI is used as a line to determine our ideal weight.

Body Mass Index (BMI) or in the Indonesian language is called The Body Index (BMI) is a measure of “weight to height” public agency used to classify adults into the underweight category (underweight), Overweight (excess weight) and Obesity (overweight).

The term “normal”, “overweight” and “obese” can vary, each country and culture has its own criteria, therefore, the WHO set a measurement / classification of obesity is not dependent on cultural biases.
Formula or how to calculate BMI is very simple, namely by dividing weight in kilograms divided by height (in m²). BMI is more related to body fat compared with other indicators for height and weight.

For example, if you have 160 cm height and weight of 60 kg, is it ideal? To find out we use the formula BMI by dividing weight in kilograms divided by height (in m²) (if you are 160 cm tall, it must be dirubahjadi 1.6 m). Then the results of the BMI can be matched to the criteria of the International Classification Table underweight, Overweight and Obesity in Adults yangdisepakati by the world health organization, WHO as follows:
Weight classification is proposed based on BMI

BMI category (kg/m2) Risk Comorbiditas
Underweight 25
Pre-obese 25.0 – 29.9 kg/m2 Rise
Obese I 30.0 – 34.9kg/m2 Medium
Obese II 35.0 – 39.9 kg/m2 Dangerous
Obese III> 40.0 kg/m2 Very Dangerous

BMI can be used to determine how much a person can be exposed to the risk of certain diseases caused by weight. Someone said to obese and in need of treatment if a BMI above 30, in other words these people have excess BB as much as 20%.
Limitations of BMI is not be used for:
• Children who are growing
• Pregnant women
• A very muscular, for example, athletes

2. Calculating formula Ideal Body Weight / Normal Index Broca (Broca Index)

Almost every person in this world want to have a normal weight is no more and no less, but a lot of things and the factors leading to the desire that is difficult to materialize. Here is the formula to calculate the normal weight and ideal weight version of Broca index. (Use the weight scales that are still functioning well and akurat._
The formula used to calculate the Normal Weight is l = Height – 100

Example:
If we high from toe to tip of the head is 160 cm then our normal weight is 160 to 100 = 60 kg.

3. Calculating Ideal Body Weight

Ideal Body Weight = (Height – 100) – (10% -100 heights)

For example: If our height is 150 cm tall, so our ideal weight is (150 – 100) – (10% x (150 – 100) = 50 – 5 = 45 kg.

From these results we can know what is happening with comparing ourselves with the following results below:

- Overweight / Overweight = 10% result s / d 20% larger than it should
- Overweight / Obesity / Obesity = The result of more than 20% of which should
- Thin = result 10% less than it should

Well stay up to you to choose the right formula which you are interested in, but keep in mind the formula selection depends to your destination to calculate your weight ..
