Limitations of BMI is not be used for:
• Children who are growing
• Pregnant women
• A very muscular, for example, athletes

2. Calculating formula Ideal Body Weight / Normal Index Broca (Broca Index)

Example:
If we high from toe to tip of the head is 160 cm then our normal weight is 160 to 100 = 60 kg.

3. Calculating Ideal Body Weight

Ideal Body Weight = (Height – 100) – (10% -100 heights)

For example: If our height is 150 cm tall, so our ideal weight is (150 – 100) – (10% x (150 – 100) = 50 – 5 = 45 kg.

From these results we can know what is happening with comparing ourselves with the following results below:

- Overweight / Overweight = 10% result s / d 20% larger than it should
- Overweight / Obesity / Obesity = The result of more than 20% of which should
- Thin = result 10% less than it should
