- Feel your emotions. If anger, sadness, fear, worry, do not eat! When you eat to vent your emotions, then most likely you will experience obesity.

- Stop hoping things will change so you can feel
better. By living your own truth, you can be happy no matter what is going on “out there.”
- Even if you think you have failed, write on paper a list of every food eaten and read again the list with amazement.
- Realize that when you eat when you are not hungry do not satisfy their hunger or make you uncomfortable but it only makes you heavier. Food is not a good source of emotional comfort and it can not fix you.
- Remember, the past is different from the future. Although we have a lot to follow a diet program. Many of us who already are obese in the long term. This does not mean you can not lose weight. You’re doing the best. And when you know better, you do better, and you look better.
