Emotional Eating, Reduce Weight

According to the study of obesity problem The Miriam Hospital and The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, heather Niemeier, research shows that many people who respond to the feelings and thoughts instead have lost weight.
“Part of their lost weight rapidly, and reported emotional eating,” Niemeier said in the Journal of Obesity.
Researchers involving two groups, consisting of 3300 adults and weight loss of more than 13.6 grams for the last year.
Niemeier and her team analyzed responses from eating pattern held through the questionnaire. They focus on eating a person who is affected by external influences. Among other things, people eat too much at a party and people ate because of internal influences such as feelings of loneliness or as compensation.
The study found a tendency for people to eat caused by internal factors, and consequently they have lost weight within a certain time period.
“Our results give attention to eating triggered by emotions or thoughts. This is that play an important role of weight loss,” said Niemeier.
